1. Fishbone diagrams:
Fishbone diagrams, a popular tool for problem solving, got its name because, when
finished, they looked like a fish's skeleton.
With the potential root causes of an issue (the ribs) branching off from either side
of a spine line attached to the head (the problem), dynamic fishbone diagrams
allow you to:
- Lay out a related set of reasons for an issue
- Look into each reason by breaking it down into sub-causes
- See how contributing factors are related to one another
2. Flowcharts:
A flowchart is an application-specific diagram that is simple to grasp. However, you
may use it to map out and analyze the connections between the phases of a
problematic process. Flowcharts are diagrams that show the direction of a workflow
and a few basic symbols that represent what happens at each stage of a process.
They also show how each event influences subsequent events and choices.
3. Strategy maps:
Strategy maps are frequently utilized as a problem-solving tool for strategic
planning. Thoughts and ideas can be placed in a hierarchy on a single page to flesh
out a potential solution. A strategy map will assist you in determining the optimal
path to your problem-solving objective after you have a few strategies that you feel
are worthwhile investigating as potential solutions to an issue.
4. Mental maps:
You may put your ideas about what might be the root of a workplace issue into a
shared digital area by creating a mental map to help you get them out of your brain.
By utilizing mental maps to graphically represent your hypotheses, you and your
team may go through and evaluate those thought models since they reflect the
manner in which our brains take in and process new information.
5. Idea maps:
You may use a broad variety of colors and graphics to lay out and arrange your
disorganized thought process using idea maps. Because they enable you to present
and discuss ideas on the best method to tackle an issue jointly and with a shared
excitement for unconventional thinking, idea maps are excellent tools for
brainstorming.
6. Concept maps:
One of the greatest methods to organize your ideas around a potential solution is to
utilize concept maps, which enable you to make connected, visual representations
of complex ideas. Your group will be able to see how one piece of the solution
jigsaw interacts with another by digitally outlining your recommended problem-
solving procedure and utilizing lines to build and clarify relationship connections.
When you are aware of the cause of an obstacle, deficiency, or challenge, you may
utilize MindManager's extensive library of brainstorming and problem-solving
diagrams to:
M2 Research the use of different problem-solving techniques used in the design and
delivery of an event.

- Consider countermeasures.
- Standardization is successful.
4. 8D Method
It refers to 8 – rules
The answer in this case is to hire a venue with a reasonable area and sell tickets in a
specific number to prevent overcrowding because the free event results in an
overflowing audience and no seats.
II.2 Problem occurred when finding solution for organizing place of this training
event
Due to the inability to find a specific venue, the event was delayed. The solution is to
post an article on choosing an event venue on social networking sites from which people
will suggest the most appropriate locations.
II.3. Problem occurred when finding solution for setting the entertainment time at
the end of this training event
Because not setting an event end time leads to the event ending too early or too late. So
the solution here is to choose a specific time, neither too early nor too late so that
everyone can enjoy the event to the fullest.
II.4. Problem occurred when finding solution for setting the “Thank you” party in the
end of this training event
- The significance is that it fosters a person's capacity for thinking. Instead of being a passive
recipient of any pertinent data and knowledge, one benefits from becoming an active
learner.
- Reasoning and reasonable thought are the only things that matter in this process;
emotions are not. Its two strongest foundations, logic and creativity, are frequently
employed to enhance creative abilities and quicken the work process.
- Additionally, it aids in enhancing one's own intelligence and capacity for original thought.
F. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
a. Team member’s roles (4 members)
- There are 5 members in our team, Tuyet Hanh acts as the team leader, and others Nhat
Hung, Tri Tai, Tat Chuong, and Van Thang, are the team members. We all work with some
task role like “Initiator”; Contributor; “Information Seeker”; “Opinion Validator”,
“Procedural Technician”.
b. My contribution
We want a M since it will be worth all of the team members' hard work and efforts.
G. CONCLUSION
My teacher's lecture and activity #1 provided me with information on the importance of
collaboration and communication. However, group projects enhanced my capacity for critical
thought. The time management techniques I picked up from my tutor were also quite beneficial.
In the end, I realized that my teachers and friends were great tools for helping me get the most
out of my education.
H. CRITICAL EVALUATION
Strengths and weaknesses:
Strengths: Make folks chuckle if they're feeling boring or worn out.
Weaknesses: can't balance the working time of the day
How to improve weaknesses: Make a time plan to balance work, leisure and rest
time
