1. What is Assessment checklist? how important it is?

- This learning assessment checklist is a useful and versatile tool that

teachers may use to assess and support pupils in a variety of ways. It is

important because they allow students to create criteria for producing high-

quality items and evaluating the techniques they utilize.

2. What is Training Plan ? what is the purpose of training Plan?

- The Training Plan lays out the goals, needs, strategy, and curriculum

that will be covered during user training for the new or improved information

system. Training plans guarantee that employees have a better awareness

of what is expected of them and that they are aware of anything you deem

appropriate for their role.

3. How important Work based training, especially in techvoc courses?

- it is important for techvoc students like me since work based training is

a learning within the workplace apparently TechVoc students are more

exposed in the workplace environment due to their skills and manpower

4. What will you do to determine the current competencies of a trainee?

- here are some things you need for you to be able to determine their

competency: give them a preview or assessment to test their current

learning, request for certificate or achievements regarding to their current

competency.

5.  how will describe the current work based training in the philippines? is it

important the current work based training in the Philippines?

- in my own experience in the workplace during my OJT, we started right

away on our first day. We experienced hardship during that time since we

are in automotive course before, we are always dirty because we always

checking the condition of the trucks of the company. We experienced vastly

amount of difficulties during that time but also we take that as an

experienced and become a new knowledge for us learners.
