WEEKLY OJT REPORT

1ST Week (July 4 2022 - July 8 2022)

It was the first week of our On-The-Job Training at the Bestank. We

were assigned to the PPIC Department wherein this sector is the planning

of the production of the company and handling the raw materials needed

for producing finished goods. In this sector, we met Ma'am

Claire(Supervisor), Sir Ivan, Sir Chim, Ma'am Casey, Ma'am Reeds,

Ma'am Shyra, Sir Jake, Sir Rolan, Sir Jeffrey, Sir Japet, Sir Eugene, and

Ma'am Rechelle. They are all kind and approachable workmates. We are

hoping that we learn a lot of things from them. What we did in the first

week was encode some data regarding the production of the company and

we also did TMS(Time and Motion Study) of some machines to know how

efficient and improve the production of processed materials. The essence

of knowing these things are; getting the data and encoding it is to have a

record of the things that have done such as how many pressure tanks

have made or what is the due date of producing the product and in TMS is

for us to be able to determine the analysis of the time spent in going

through different process by the means of conducting different trials.

2ND Week (July 11 2022 - July 16 2022)

In the second week of our OJT, Vernilo and I were temporarily

transferred to the engineering department. In this sector, we met Sir Fred

and Sir Chris. Both of them are kind and approachable. In the engineering

department, they usually check the facilities and others such as electricity

lines or the machines of the company if they are in good condition. I

designed the new model of a machine there where instead of having two

hydraulics, we use one only to adjust some components of the machine.

Vernilo and I also made a 3D model of the machine for us to be able to

recognize its overall look.

3RD Week (July 18 2022 - July 22 2022)

In the third week of our OJT, Vernilo and I returned to our

previous department. What we did this week was encode some

data and CBM. CBM is where you will get the size of the mother

box, packaging, and amount of product inside the box for us to

know how many boxes will be placed in the container trucks, sir

Rolan taught us that.
