1. Target of the week

- Practice what have leant, be more precise and
- Learn to make shipping documents for new type of products (for dangerous
cargo).
- Be more proficient in making systems for Samsung orders to Manuas
forwarding Miami, America with battery and without batteries.
- Understand some common errors in the system and know how to adjust
accordingly.
- Be able to explain the step-by-step process and the meaning of each separate
step when making shipping documents for the cargo, closing orders.
2. Weekly intership report for week 2

Day Task and description

Day 1:
Practice booking HAWB for vendors.
Monday
(19/07/2021)
Day 2: Collect information from the Invoice and Packing list sent to us
Tuesday by the supplier then send back them the shipping advice after
(20/07/2021) booking HAWB in the system to confirm their shipment.
Learning how to make a confirmation with the other department
for consolidation service delivered to Campinas, Sao Paolo,
Brazil.
Day 3: Booking HAWB. Make a set of documents for Samsung to
Wednesday
 (21/07/2021) Manuas. Better using in KOSY- the system of the company.
Day 4: Making a full set of delivery documents for Samsung cargo to
Thursday MAO, including the parts and other main parts of the electric
(22/07/2021) devices of Samsung. Note down the difference between the cargo
with battery and without battery. The support from the trainer
makes me better in working.
Day 5: Friday Orders delivered to MAO without batteries and handle parts of
(23/07/2021) the process in making shipment for the DG goods of Samsung to
Viracopos, Sao Paolo, Brazil. Understand more about the
meaning of each step in making the documents. For some special
service or the delivery contract in EXW term, our team would
play the role of the buyer to making the documents. In this case,
we must collect the customs clearance declaration to send the
goods to the company's warehouse as ASG- our warehouse.
Day 6: Booking HAWB and MAWB. Checking KOSY to prepare for the
Saturday vendors’ order in the afternoon.

3. Personnal evaluation

The workload of the team is very large because the company is an exclusive partner,
playing the role of transportation and logistics between Samsung's plants in the world.
Then, the work requirements need to be fast but accurate, and sufficient to ensure the
whole process go smoothly without affecting the manufacturing process of the
customer. The nature of the work and the importance of the speed of goods circulation,
so almost orders made will be completed within a day even Samsung’s and
consolidated ones.

After another week of work, I basically remember all the parties that are involved in
the common schedule from Hanoi to Incheon (Korea) to Campinas or Manuas, better
use of the company's system, get used to the pace of work and be supported sincerely
by the instructor to work better. Although in the process of working, there were still
errors, but these errors were detected in time to fix immediately. These errors have all
been recorded and have been memorized by myself.
