Follow-ups with older leads to inform them about up-coming batch deadlines. Can lead to
more GD-PI enrollments.

Check & confirm about the day's schedule, batch timings, weekend classes updation.
Morning and again by EOD.

Daily meeting at 11 AM with Reg. Head - Student Awareness, for 15 to 20 mins.

Waivers / discounts, if needed, can be communicated to Reg. Head - Student Awareness.

Feedback from students after a Demo Class has been conducted at tuition centre / college.
Send this report, in brief, by EOD to Reg. Head - S.A.

Demo Class link to be sent to students who have been interacted with that day.

Follow-up WhatsApp message saying thanks for visiting + for those who call-in, with
customised content relevant to his course requirement, as discussed with her / him.

Create a list of those students who are likely to join, yet not joining owing to price
considerations. Target them initially with online courses to be started ASAP so that they
don't waste time and yet are able to avail of our mentoring straightaway. Thereafter, once
joined at a lower price-point, try and upsell to the full course fee, after you check that
they are a satisfied lot. Send a report of such students every week by Friday EOD.
