This document shows the different steps to follow to be able to deliver Blog orders to
influencers

The Blog Order Coordinator with global communication responsibility is Anastasia Shotskaya

C. Kayt/Tidur
Tobias Lindberg is the person working with Kayt/Tidur as from 2020/09/02
III. Steps
D. At least two months before
1. The Buyer sends an information mail to all stakeholders about new products coming in
2. The Buyer creates the products in NAV
3. The Buyer creates the PO in NAV
4. The Project Manager Operations sends the product brief including the launch date and
the Blog Order date (3 weeks before launch date) to all relevant stakeholders
5. The Blog Order Coordinator saves the launch date for further reminder
6. The Blog Order Coordinator informs the MCOM coordinator (see contact list in section II)
7. The Kayt team saves the launch date for further reminder

E. Between two months before and four weeks before


8. The Project Manager Operations checks all legal aspects linked to the new products
9. The Kayt team creates the Master Data of the new products in Kayt including the
release date. The release date is the date when the orders can be released earliest.

F. Four weeks before


10. The Blog Order Coordinator checks with the supply team and the Project Manager
Operations that the conditions are fulfilled to place the Blog orders
 Legal conditions fulfilled
 Product deliveries on time
If the conditions are fulfilled:
11. The Blog Order Coordinator informs the marketing team that the Blog orders are ready
to be placed in Kayt
If the conditions are not fulfilled
12. Back-up plan: the Blog Order Coordinator sets-up a meeting with all necessary
stakeholders to define a new date. Participants at least:
 Blog Order Coordinator
 Supply
 Project Manager Operations Logistics
 Global Logistics
13. The Blog Order Coordinator informs the Global Logistics Team that the Blog Orders will
not be placed at the standard date of 3 weeks before
14. The Global Logistics Team informs the local logistics managers who in their turn inform
the 3PL partners if any

G. Three weeks before


15. The marketing team creates the Blog orders which are released to the warehouses
16. The warehouses send the Blog orders to the influencers

17. The launch date is reached
