We started our research on Finding innovative and useful ideas which can help our
us in day-to-day life.

As we formed our team, we have started searching on different topics for our
project.
In This week we gone through many topics and selected 3 topics for our project.

This week searched for project which can be useful and innovative for upcoming

We did some analysis and research on all these topics for a week.

Activates Planned: Finalization of the topic

We completed our research and finalized our topic of NGO Portal.

Activity Executed:

After searching for many days, we have finalized the "NGO Portal". The main
objective is to create a centralized platform where all NGOs can come together to
share resources, collaborate on initiatives, and raise awareness of their causes.
Discussions sessions were conducted to define the scope and objectives of the
project.

Activates Planned: Study about the requirements for the implementation of the
project

This week involved a study of the requirements for implementing the project. We
gathered information on server infrastructure, database management, and
development tools needed for the portal.
Activity Executed:

After finalized the topic we started working on requirements for this type of project.
After completed our research we decided to create our project of Web Application
using Advance Java, html, Css, Java Script, Servlet, JDBC.

Computer Specifications: Windows 11, i5, 4gb Ram, 512 SSD.

We continued working on gathering the technical and operational requirements for

the portal.

Activity Executed:

As we had pretty good idea how to develop this project, we focused on working on
it efficiently.
We started planed layout and the design should be for our webpage.
Searched logo and templates for our web application.
Took help from Google for templates ideas.

Activates Planned: Finalizing the work flow module of the proposed system

This week was dedicated to finalizing the workflow module of the proposed NGO
portal.

Activity Executed:

We drafted a detailed plan for the development process, which included stages such
as design, development, testing, and deployment.
Created DFD Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram for better understanding
and getting basic ideas of project.
Started gathering information and developing of our modules of our project.

Looked for multiple web-based platforms which are similar to our topic.

While working on project we decided to look for existing application present but
there wasn’t any platform which resembles our project.
We aim for a platform where multiple NGO connect to each other and work
together for our community.

After doing research for a week, we then finally finalized our webpage and started
writing information on our webpage.
We also created an admin module side by side.
With database connection we have finally created our 1st module successfully.
