You are on page 1of 2

Dear all,

first of all, thanks for the fruitful meeting today.

I hope that we clarified a number of issues and that we can proceed with finalisation of the this
undertaking.

Herewith I am providing you with the conclusions from our today's meeting:

1 – VIDEO RECORDINGS
 This job is done and I will try to see possibilities to make some changes if technical not
time consuming due to my wish to have this webinar ASAP on-line.
 I will upoload recordings to YouTube channel so we can use the links to YouTube for a
webinar webpage.

2 – WEBPAGE LAYOUT

 In a separate e-mail I will send you layout of the webinar webpage as I imagined it will
be least difficult to implement.
 Introduction and disclaimer files are completed and although I've sent them last time I
will send them again.
 Additional section will be Good practices and links, where in this document you will find
links and text to be placed on webpage before the disclaimer and after the presentation
of calls.
 As for issue of MSCA IF presentation, we agreed that we will use Simon's presentation
from May webinar and NSTDA will do the linking with this file.

3 – PARTICIPANTS' LIST

 As Pierrick underlined, we would like to focus the first round of participants to those
dealing with the Security issues (Disaster resilience society) in order to motivate them
to contact European partners and become a part of Consortium for proposals to be
submitted for funding.
 NSTDA will prepare the invitation letter with a link to the webpage with presentations
and distribute it upon confirmation from Dalibor and testing of the webpage.

4 – EVALUATION OF WEBINAR

 As Pierrick said, the major success rate indicator is a number of proposals where the
researchers from Thailand were part of Consortium.
 Dalibor proposed additional number of indicators. The data for these indicators are
automatically collected via webpage log and SEO tools – number of page visitors,
number of unique visitors, how many times each video link was clicked, number of
questions sent , number of participants invited and responded etc.
 As this is important exercise for both sides (Thai and EU) you are all free to propose
other success indicators that we can include in order to evaluate this event and also to
know how to proceed in future.

As promised, I am sending you the link of the Horizon Dashboard – Country profile section:
