WORKPLACE TRAINING

Within the scope of the Workplace Training course, you are expected to complete the following
trainings defined for you on the https://app.datacamp.com/ website and prepare a graduation project
during the 2023-2024 Fall academic year.
In your graduation project, you are expected to examine the data set sent to you in detail, using the
information in the training, and explain this analysis in a video on YouTube that will not exceed 10
minutes.
The deadline for students choosing Datacamp for their internship is February 4, 2024.
Your certificates and video tab will be collected through the Workplace Training course that has
been/will be opened in lmsclus. When the course is completed, you need to upload your certificates
and Youtube video tab to lmsclus. Those with missing certificates and those who do not make
videos will be deemed to have failed the course. Please try to complete the lessons seriously by
understanding and applying them.
If you complete the training, you can take advantage of other courses offered by datacamp to improve
yourself. (Not required to pass the course, but optional).

How to Use?
I have included all of you in the system, click on the link sent by the datacamp site to your school e-
mail addresses with the ostimteknik extension, create your password and join the system. After
registering, be sure to edit your name and surname in the "Account Settings" section.

When you click on the “Learn” tab above, you will see the “My Assigments” section on the page that
opens. When you click “See all”, you will see the contents that you are expected to complete. Except
for the “Data Scientist track”, you must complete the remaining assignments by February 4th. The
Data Scientist Track is left open so that you can continue if you want to learn. You can enter and
continue learning until May 1 and receive a certificate at the end of the course. You are not responsible
for the Data Scientist track, it’s not included in grading process but you need to finish everything else.

You are expected to complete the training and receive your certificates. Among the topics, some projects
have been automatically defined for you by the system. Do these projects too. It will help you understand
the subject better. In fact, if you copy and save the codes you wrote there, you can use those codes in
your graduation project.

About Youtube Video

You are expected to do the project in detail by using the information in the training you have learned
or by searching on the internet. First of all, you should give information about the data to be analyzed.
You are expected to upload the project in which you apply the data extraction, visualization and
modeling stages requested from you by opening a page on Youtube and uploading the video with the
computer screen and your image in the corner, not exceeding 10 minutes. The link with the video you
upload is your internship completion project,

80% Youtube video link,

20% will be graded as Certificates.
