Background
Upon the Directives of Honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan, NADRA was tasked to develop a solution
for Power of Attorney processing from abroad for the convenience of Pakistani diaspora.
The online system aims to be time efficient by removing time delays and unnecessary hurdles such as
making travel arrangements to be physically available at the Pakistani Mission Abroad. The new system
is designed to reduce the overheads in terms of physical appearance of Executor(s) at premises,
unnecessary approvals and related time delays – to effectively manage and create transparent
processes.
To overcome the issues, the Power of Attorney (PoA) system is an automated solution that allows
applicants to process their cases online.
Fast and secure service with simple and user-friendly interface, making it possible for the
overseas Pakistanis to apply for digital PoA from the comfort of their homes.
Easy processing of applications along with email features to efficiently communicate and
correspond with the applicants or executors.
