What are the phases of the fitness exercise program and its benefits, (physiologically,
psychologically, socially and emotionally?)

There are 3 phases to exercise, the warm up, training, and the cool down. During the warm
up you ready the body for what’s come. In the middle phase, you perform the strenuous
work . And the cool down period, you bring your body back to resting rate.

Psysiologically

Warmup gradually revs up your cardiovascular system by raising your body temperature and
increasing blood flow to your muscles. Warming up may also help reduce muscle soreness
and lessen your risk of injury. Cooling down after your workout allows for a gradual recovery
of preexercise heart rate and blood pressure.

Psychologically

Warming up is that your brain will become focused on your body and your physical activity
as you go through the process. This focus will carry over into your training session to help
you to improve your technique, coordination, and skill.

Cooling down means gradually reducing the intensity of the main workout/competition by
performing limbering and stretching exercises followed by long and deep breathing exercises
is called cooling down or limbering down.

Socially

It increases the temperature and flexibility of your muscles, and helps you be more efficient
and safer during your workout.

Emotionally

mental warmup increased exercisers' readiness to exercise and to use mental skills to
enhance workouts. The mental warmup also reduced stress.
