Orchestra Schedule Fall 2022

Tutti: rehearsal with all the everyone that plays in the concert

Dress rehearsal: normal rehearsal before the concert, it is just a term. No concert clothes.

Sept 8 – Sectionals during the full rehearsal time.

Sept 12 – Tutti

Sept 19 – Tutti (percussion joins)

Sept 22 – Tutti (just strings)

Sept 26 – Tutti (with percussion)

Sept 29 – Concert at the Main Hall of the Wagner Noel, 7 pm, - Call time 5 pm

Oct 3 – Rehearsal for Scholarship Gala and new music (just strings)

Oct 6 - Scholarship Gala at the Marriot Hotel, Odessa - Time TBA

Oct 10 – Rehearsal for recording (just strings and percussion)

Oct 11 (TUESDAY) - PROFESSIONAL RECORDING, time TBA

Oct 13 – Tutti

Oct 17 – Sectionals first half and then tutti

Oct 20 – Sectionals first half and then tutti

Oct 24 – Tutti

Oct 27 – Tutti

Oct 31 – Sectionals first half and then tutti (on Halloween costumes)

Nov 3 – Sectionals for the full rehearsal time

Nov 7 – Tutti with Dr. Llerena, winds and percussion

Nov 10 – Tutti (just strings)

Nov 14 – Tutti with Dr. Llerena, winds and percussion

Nov 17 – Tutti with Dr. Llerena, winds and percussion

Friday, Nov 18 – Concert at the Main Hall of the Wagner Noel, 7 pm - Call time 5 pm.

Nov 21 – Christmas Music (strings)

Nov 24 – Thanksgiving break

Nov 28 – Christmas Music (tutti)

Nov 29 – (TUESDAY) - Christmas Music (tutti with ballet and mariachi)

Dec 1 - Las Posadas, Concert at the Main Hall of the Wagner Noel, 7 pm - Call time 4 pm.
