IMPORTANT NOTE:
IBPO and the Investor are singularly referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.

Recitals:

(A) IBPO is a company established in Hong Kong, providing services of property loan financing and training and
guidance in property, shares, and equity in Hong Kong, Malaysia and the United States of America.
(B) The Investor is an individual interested in a loan financing plan in property, shares and equity under the guidance of
IBPO.
(C) Both IBPO and the Investor wishes to enter into this Contract (as hereinafter defined) in accordance with the terms
and conditions set out herein.
(D) It is acknowledged that in entering into this Contract (as hereinafter defined), the Investor represents that he
voluntarily and irrevocably trusts and relies upon the competency, skill, judgment and expertise of IBPO in the execution
of the business and loan financing plan.

Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing

2. Money Laundering means the activities of concealing money which originated from criminal activities within legitimate
businesses. It is a serious offence under the law for anyone to engage, directly or indirectly in a transaction that involves
proceeds from criminal activity, or to assist in transferring such proceeds. Being part of an organization, IBPO must be
vigilant from being involved in unlawful transactions. When any transaction involved one or more of the following traits,
IBPO shall reserve the absolute right to refuse the acceptance of the Investment Sum:

(a) The Investor insists on paying by cash in large sums despite other modes of payment remaining available and
convenient. IBPO’s internal policy for payment is that we shall not accept any payment by cash;
(b) unable to confirm and/or declare the source of the Investment Sum; and/or
(c) unable to verify the source of the Investment Sum.
