1am writing in response to the show cause notice that I received from the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control
Board on 21* February 2023. | understand that the notice was issued in relation to the alleged violation of
environmental laws and regulations by my organization,
‘We have shifted our hospital to the adjacent building and we have received new licence for our new
hospital premises. We planning to change the name of our old licence to new name that’s the reason we
‘are not renewal.
‘Now we applied for renewal kindly withdraw the show cause notice
In addition, we have implemented an environmental ‘management system that includes regular monitoring
and reporting of our environmental performance. We will continue to work with TNPCB to ensure
compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and to continuously improve our environmental
performance.
Lrequest you to kindly consider this matter and I assure you that we will do everything possible to ensure
that the environment is protected and the community is not harmed.
