households. The spectacular setting amidst hills and the river Sangu, lets you experience the exquisite
lifestyle of the Bawm community through homestay and culinary expedition, thrilling treks, kayaking,
country’s longest zip-line and many other adventures. You can choose to relax or have a rush of

develop and sustain the Bawm community, its culture and heritage.

Do keep in mind that you’re en-route to experience the country’s first community tourism project of
CHT, where we work with the local community

through a systematic revenue-sharing model.

All revenue generated during your stay at Munlai contributes directly to the development of the
community, and helps us to take a step forward towards achieving the dream of becoming the cleanest
and the most beautiful village of Bangladesh.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once reservation money is paid, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. It can only be postponed to reschedule for
another date. Minimum 48-hours’ notice is required to postpone reservation dates. Advance Payment will be
credited to be used within a year.

HOUSE RULES
Do’s and Don’ts while you are at Munlai Inclusive Tourism

1. Once you are into the premises of Munlai, we take your total responsibility. We strictly discourage
you to go outside Munlai without permission of the Camp Coordinator.

2. Please DO NOT use or attempt any of the activities without instructor’s presence or permission.

3. Help us keep the camp area clean, please do not litter.

4. All the activities of Munlai are environment friendly. Please don’t harm the plants, surrounding
environment and all living things in and around the Munlai area.

5. Do not miss out any excitement inside the camp area; be present at all the activities on time.

6. Public display of affection is strictly prohibited inside the Munlai premise.

7. Please return all safety gears and equipment to the designated area/instructor after finishing any
activity.

8. Please keep your belongings safely with you.

9. Smoking is discouraged inside Munlai and not allowed in tent area and home stay.

10. All our safety equipment is state of the art and ensures your total safety. Even after that you might
get cuts & injuries during the activities, which we cannot fully guarantee. If you want to avoid that,
please Do Not attempt any of the activities.

11. Please DO NOT try the activities if you have the following issues and inform the instructors about it
