Questions:

1. Why primary levels of care has limitation on health services and public health
workers were not skilled to handle complex cases?

= the primary level has a limited on their health services and public health
worker and have a low quality of care because primary care to have a proactive role in
promoting health and preventing disease in addition to diagnosis, treatment and care is
a logical next step in primary care development

2. In Inter-local Health Zone(ILHZ) where municipalities clustered what levels of


care/referring facility do you think the ILHZ has? Can you give example of it.

3. Why it is important to follow the hierarchy of levels of care?

= It is important to follow the hierarchy to game us ensure accountability and


create authority and unity the higher they are in the hierarchical structure. Wherever
leadership is required, authority is also needed. Authority ensures that everyone under
a manager's command will work towards the organization’s goals .
