Banker Desktop application used by customer service officer to clarify the queries of the ANZ customer. This application
developed using the AngularJS technologies can provide the customer information by using customer unique id and will
resolve the queries/issues of the customer. This application will interact with many other services with the help of CSP
platform.

ANZ has multiple credit products across a number the portfolios of home loans, personal loans, overdraft, credit cards and
asset finance. A customer’s ‘Statement of Position (SOP)’ is recorded for each of these products. This statement of position
is used to compute the affordability and serviceability capabilities of the customer. The SOP is also an important element
in taking the final credit decision for the product.
