Greetings in the expression of Quality and Excellence!

In relation to Division Memorandum No. 21 and 67, S. 2023 “2023 DIVISION GUIDELINES IN
THE CONDUCT OF SCHOOLS SPORTS COMPETITION” through the Curriculum
Implementation Division for School Year 2022-2023.

As we prepare our learners in this big event for the first time after the pandemic, I devote
myself to train/coach our boy’s sepak takraw program.

On this regard, the undersigned would like to ask permission from your good office to allow
out student athletes to be excused in their respective classes on March 1, 2023 until the date
of the competition.

Attached herewith are list of learners from JHS to SHS who will undergo training, Division
Memorandum, and trainer/coach class schedule.

Rest assured that all functions, duties and responsibilities assigned to me will be prioritized.
