Students with Home Economics as preferred course for immersion to provide students with
opportunities to be exposed and become familiar with work-related environment related to
their field of specialization.

Pursuant to DepEd issuances 80 hours shall be undertaken by the students. They are
required to report to your office from 8:30-12:30 NN, Monday-Friday [First batch], and 1:00
-4:00 PM, Monday-Friday [ 2nd batch].
Kindly accommodate said students and assign an officer from your office to do necessary
instructions, briefings and supervision on the duration of their stay with your agency.

Attached is a copy of the list of tasks/ activities to be done during the work immersion, and
performance evaluation form that may serve as our guidelines for the achievement of their
expected learning from your agency.

Should there be any concern or inquiry, please don’t hesitate to inform the undersigned for
