Good day!

The department of Education, Division of Palawan has implemented the Bridging

Program for Grade 7 and it was launched under the Div. Memo No. 087 series 2020 (May 11,
2020). The said Program has almost achieved its objectives as mentioned in the prior request
letter.

In order for the Bridge Program to be successfully completed, the Grade 7 entrants
should undergo the Final Assessment in every subject area.

In view of this, the CALAWAG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL would like to ask
permission from your good office to administer the said assessment in their respective area on
September 14, 2020 @ 9:00 AM onwards. We assure you that we are following the local and
national health guidelines and precautionary measures to ensure the safety of all concerned
individuals.

Moreover, we are humbly asking assistance of the officials during the conduct of the test

Attached herewith is the list of Teacher-Facilitators and their area of assignment.

Being a supportive leader, we are hoping for your favourable action regarding this matter.
