Evaluation | Ser Bachiller 2014

The National Institute of Educational Evaluation INEVAL is in charge of preparing,


applying and qualifying the Ser Bachiller Exam.
The Ministry of Education MINEDUC is responsible for publishing the results obtained
by high school graduates.
It is a project created for third-year high school students who have passed all the subjects
corresponding to the BGU Unified General High School curriculum. This exam replaces
the well-known degree exams that in previous years students had to take to graduate from
high school.
The Ser Bachiller Exam was designed to evaluate 4 fields determined in the Educational
Quality Standards of the Ministry of Education, these are: Mathematics, Natural Sciences,
Social Studies and Language and Communication.

MODEL
I consider this innovation project to be a research model because:
It was a mandatory imposition in educational institutions.
Its implementation is carried out with a small group of authorities such as the
Ministry of Education and Ineval.
Teachers were not part of the planning process for this innovation.
The no realizes consultative with the educational units that are in charge.
He has little access to information, that is, in the contents of the test there were
many disagreements since the topics are different from those studied in high
school.
