A brief look at the course:

This second part of the course will provide in depth the energy retrofit analysis on each energy
opportunities initiatives in the electrical distribution system. It will use available free domain energy
software to carry out the energy analysis modeling in order to calculate the energy losses by determining
the energy economics for capex replacement.

The main electrical energy opportunities will be discussed in detail how the energy losses can be
identified and minimize the unpreventable losses due to build in resistance material.

INTRODUCTION

This second part of the course will provide in depth the energy retrofit analysis on each energy
opportunities initiatives in the electrical distribution system. It will use available free domain energy
software to carry out the energy analysis modeling in order to calculate the energy losses by determining
the energy economics for capex replacement.

The main electrical energy opportunities will be discussed in detail how the energy losses can be identified
and minimize the unpreventable losses due to build in resistance material.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

• To identify the electrical energy opportunities in the electrical infra system

• To explain in depth the electrical energy retrofit analysis at each opportunity arise in the electrical
energy distribution system

• To using public energy software to determine the energy retrofit project viability
