Our Trainers
Rossi Setiadji, M.Sc., Ph.D., Managing Director, Principal Investigator.

Dr. Setiadji is an electrochemist graduated from New Mexico State University, USA in
1993. His research interest is multidisciplinary. He is a certified trainer of energy efficiency
management and green boiler technology. He actively provides consultation services to
various industries in the management of environment, quality, safety, energy, and water.
His current consulting activities includes but not limited to robust performance, reliability,
and efficiency improvement of PT. PLN thermal power plants and technical assistances to
several industries ranging from steel industries to oil and gas industries. He is also a
certified trainer in water, energy and environmental management trainings organized by
TUV Nord and a member of the Association of Energy Conservation Specialist (HAKE).

Rudi Irawan, Dipl.Geotherm.En.Tech., M.Sc., Ph.D., Principal Investigator

Dr. Irawan received his doctoral degree from The University of New England, Armidale,
NSW, Australia in 2001. He developed extensive and long carrier pathway in energy sector.
He started as a lecturer and researcher at Nanyang Technology University of Singapore
and ended up as Principal Product Development at Nitto Denko Company before joining
the group. He is also certified trainer of energy management and a member of the
Association of Energy Conservation Specialist (HAKE). His current research focus within
the group is in the development of physical sensor devices hardware and software for
energy conservation management system.
Our Trainers
Handri Santoso, Eng.D., Principal Investigator
Dr. Santoso is an information science and control engineer graduated from Nagaoka
University of Technology, Niigata, Japan in 2008. He has strong background in
instrumentation and control engineering, and information control and management. His
major accomplishments include but not limited to process control and automation
projects in several prominent oil and gas companies in Indonesia and abroad. Before
joining the group, he was a system integration engineer at Yokogawa Indonesia. His
current research focus within the group is in the development of instruments and control
hardware and software for energy conservation management system.
Our Trainers
Dena Hendriana, Sc.D., Principal Investigator
Dr. Hendriana is a mechanical engineer graduated M.I.T., USA in 1999. He is a
computational fluid dynamics (CFD) expert with extensive experiences in automotive
product development. Before joining the group, he worked for Ford Motor Company,
Michigan, USA from 2011 to 2013 as a Product Development Engineer / Aerodynamics and
for EXA Corporation, Power FLOW CFD Company in Livonia, Michigan USA from 2005 to
2011 as a Principle Application Engineering/ Technical Account Manager. His current
responsibility in the group is in the area of CFD modeling of electrical and thermal energy
processes and equipments.

Sigit P. Santosa, Sc.D., Principal Investigator
Dr. Santosa is a computational structural mechanical engineer graduated from M.I.T., USA
in 1999. He is a DFSS Black Belt certified, familiar with RedX process, and strong analytical
capability to provide problem resolution on components quality issues. He provides
technical analysis to address quality spill on assembly plants. Before joining the group, he
was a key member of product quality assessment leadership to ensure flawless
production line in General Motors US/Canada manufacturing plants. He successfully
managed and led product engineering and manufacturing for five General Motors
complex global program architectures. Currently, he leads the group responsibility for
energy conservation and efficiency program in industries and transportation

Muhammad Ery Wijaya, Ph.D., Principal Investigator
Dr. Wijaya received his PhD in Energy and Environmental System, Graduate School of
Energy Science, Kyoto University, Japan in 2013. He is interested in Integrated Energy
System Modeling, Energy Efficiency and Conservation, Energy Economics, Energy Security,
Integrated Energy and Environmental Policy, Assessment of Low Carbon Technologies, and
Socio-Environmental Energy Science. He is a managing editor of International Journal of
Sustainable Future for Human Security (J-SustaiN), SustaiN Society. Before joining the
group, he was a researcher at Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) under
AUN/SEED-Net-JICA Project, Tokyo, Japan. His current research focus within the group is in
Energy Economics, Energy Security, and Socio-Environmental Energy Science.
