Programme under NRHM initiated
by the MoHFW, therefore, aims at
early detection and management of
the 4Ds prevalent in children.
• 4Ds are
– Defects at birth
– Diseases in children
– Deficiency conditions
– Developmental Delays
including
Disabilities.
