Appointment will be effective from January 3, 2023
onward.

accreditation on the travel agencies, which
exclusively authorizes the accredited agencies to
submit visa applications to the Embassy on behalf of
individual applicants. This abolition will be effective
from January 3, 2023.

SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT
As of December 16, 2022

Due to the abolition, all travel agencies are allowed to

deliver and submit visa applications to the Embassy on
behalf of applicants. However, travel agencies MUST
secure one appointment slot for each individual
application at the Online Visa Appointment System.
Travel agencies are required to secure the number of
appointment slots corresponding to the actual number
of visa applications that will be delivered by the
agencies. Please note an exception that immediate
family members of an applicant up to FIVE people,
exclusively parents, wife or husband and children can be
included into one appointment slot.

Applicants will not be allowed to CANCEL their

appointments. The button to cancel the appointment at
the Online Visa Appointment System has been
inactivated as of November 18, 2022.
