SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT

As of November 23, 2022

Before securing an appointment for submission of your

visa applications, you must determine your visa type by
reading information on visa types, their respective
qualifications and documentation requirements
articulated at the Korean Embassy’s website
https://overseas.mofa.go.kr/ph-en/brd/m_3277/list.do
Choose the visa type that suits your situation. Be sure
again to carefully read the information on the
documentation requirements for visa application at the
Embassy’s website.

Korean visa applications can be channeled through either

the Online Visa Appointment System or through the
travel agencies accredited by the Embassy of the Republic
of Korea. The list of the Accredited Travel Agencies (36
agencies) is posted at the Embassy’s website (Visa
Announcement).
 GUIDELINES ON HOW TO
SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT
As of November 23, 2022

New slots at the Online Visa Appointment System will open

monthly. The new slots from December 5 to 30 will open on
November 24, 2022 The schedule for opening of new slots
will be posted at the Embassy’s website and Facebook page.

ONLY either actual individual applicants whose names and

passport numbers are shown on the Reservation
Confirmation or the staff members designated by the
Accredited Travel Agencies will be permitted to enter the
Embassy for submission of visa applications. When the
Embassy learns that you are neither an actual visa applicant
nor a designated staff member of the Accredited Travel
Agencies, you will be blacklisted.

Ensure that you must secure a Korean visa BEFORE booking

your flight. Please note that it will take at least FIVE working
days to complete processing your visa applications.

Visit our online platform to schedule your appointment

at the Korean Government’s website for consular
services https://consul.mofa.go.kr/en/main.do

Please click the Reservation to visit a diplomatic

mission at the middle section tilted “Apply for a
consular service.”

Please click a button of Consent to All Terms and
Conditions of Use and press a button of Confirm.

Afterwards, you are requested to fill in the following

fields:
Full Name
Enter your full name shown on your passport
or your ID
You must be either an actual visa applicant or
a staff member designated by the accredited
travel agencies or agencies for worker visa.
Email address

Please take the following steps carefully.

Select a diplomatic mission
Select “Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the
Republic of the Philippines”

Select “Visa” and then click one button of the

following five categories that you apply for. Each
category is allocated to a specific time on the
following REVISED Time Table for Visa Appointment.

08:30 - 09:00 Visa (Accredited Travel Agencies)
The slots on this time frame are only for the accredited
travel agencies.
Odd numbered dates : Group A(Agencies 1 to 18)
Even numbered dates : Group B(Agencies 19 to 36)
Please make a double check on the list of the
Accredited Travel Agencies at the Embassy’s website.

09:00 - 09:30 Visa (Koreans’ Filipino Family Visit)

The slots on this time frame are only for the following
visa types.
Spouse visa (F6-1) for Filipinos married to Koreans
Short-term visit visa (C3-1) for Filipinos married to
Koreans
Short-term visit visa (C3-1)/long-term visit visa (F1-5,
F2-2) for Filipino family members (children , parents -
in -law and sisters /brothers -in -law ) of Filipinos
married to Koreans (maximum 5 people per slot)

09:30 - 10:00 Visa (Individual Applicants for Tourism)
The appointment slots on this time frame are only
for individual applicants and their IMMEDIATE
family members , exclusively their parents ,
husbands or wives and children (maximum 5
people per slot).
You are required to put all the passport numbers
of the members in the field of NOTES.

10:00 - 10:30 Visa (Workers & other Visa Issuance

Number Holders)
The slots are only for the agencies for POEA (E-9),
Seasonal Workers(C-4, E-8) and other Visa Issuance
Number holders(D-6, E-2, E-6, E-7, F-1 etc)

10:30 - 11:00 Visa (Official Conference/ Study/
Others)
The appointment slots on this time frame are for
the following visa categories. The applicants for
these visa types are required to present official
letters of invitation, Certificate of Admittance or
any official documents that prove the purpose of
your entry to Korea.
Short-term employment ; entertainers,
teachers and athletes(C-4-5)
Official visits of foreign diplomats and
International Organization officials (A-1, A-2,
C-3-1)

Applicants who will attend official
conferences, business activities, sports and
cultural events and official training programs
sponsored or hosted by the Korean
government institutions, the Korean business
companies and other Korean official
organizations
Studying including language studies(D-2, D-4)
Applicants for urgent visit (humanitarian
reasons such as funerals and urgent
medical reasons)
All other types of visa (A3, F4 and others)
Select the date and time of your visit
Please note that you must choose time for your
appointment in accordance with the above Time
Table for Visa Appointment

Enter the following information in the field of NOTES
Passport Number in case of individual applicants
Please enter all the passport numbers and
names when you are to submit all the
applications of your IMMEDIATE family
members (parents, husband or wife and
children only).
Name of the agency in case of the Accredited
Travel Agencies and the worker visa agencies
Staff designated by the Accredited Travel
Agency will be allowed to enter the Embassy
for submission of applications.

Please print the Reservation Confirmation or save a
soft copy of the Reservation Confirmation. Please make
sure that the Reservation Confirmation shows either
the passport numbers of individual applicants or the
Name of the Agency.

Please be reminded that you are required to bring a

printed or soft copy of the Reservation Confirmation
when you visit the Embassy on the scheduled date and
time. Also, you will asked to present the copy to both
the security guard and the counter.

Without confirmation of the visa appointment made

through the online system, your visit to the Embassy
will be denied.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Applicants will not be allowed to CANCEL their
appointments. The button to cancel the appointment
at the Online Visa Appointment System has been
inactivated as of November 18, 2022.

Therefore, you are advised to take an extra caution

when you make a visa appointment via the online
platform.

When you need to cancel your appointment due to

unexpected reasons, please use a tab of “Check
reservation”. You are asked to put “Reservation
Cancellation” in the field of Notes after you click a
tab of “Check reservation.” .

Applicants who miss the appointments without
requesting us to cancel their appointments will be
blacklisted. Their access to the online platform will be
denied.

Please note that due to a high volume of applications

and consular staffing shortages, wait-time for visa
appointments are much longer than pre-pandemic
times. Therefore, please be reminded that you MUST
BOOK your flights AFTER securing your visas. END.
