We may not have performed analytical testing of SVHC’s as a part of our inspection plan.

In case an SVHC is present, exceeding the above limit, the specific concentration would be such that
does not trigger any classification as per Annex VI, part 3, Table 3.1 of EC Directive 1272/2008
(REACH).

Please note as per Article 56§ 6(b) under REACH, the use of products containing SVHC below the
specific concentration limit as mentioned in above annexure are not fallin g under the scope of
Authorization under REACH.
