    For a smooth execution of the conference and to assure best delegate


    experience it is crucial for all LCs to follow the given deadlines
    Once registered delegate is liable to pay
    100% of the delegate fee

    In case of:

    Cancellation before 26th Jan, 11.59pm


    Delegate will be given a 75% refund of the delegate fee

    Cancellation on and after 27th January


    Delegate will be given no refund under any circumstances

    Cash Payment of Delegation Fee


    Delegation will be charged 5% extra as per the total amount
