II. Post-listening
Think about good and bad experiences you have had when staying at a hotel or
other travel accommodation.
How was the service and room?
They weren’t friendly.
The room was clean and was like the picture of the room they have on their
website.

Did the hotel promise something that it didn’t provide in the end?
Yes, it did.

Do you feel you were charged unreasonable fees?

Just for one thing, we had to pay extra to have access to the entertainment
room, it was supposed to be incorporated into the reservation.
