Dear Roy and Luis,

I write this letter to formally request your support to transfer the condo management and related
activities to myself.

I have vast experience in managing my own buildings and factories, as well as multiple large projects
with 100’s of employees. Although this experience in itself doesn’t guarantee success in managing our
condo in Portugal, the fundamentals of my background are more than sufficient and I will certainly make
the best effort to deliver good results.

I do not plan to do this myself. I will have direct and dedicated help from an existing trusted contractor
Denis Bryk. As you all know Denis has been working for our condo for 6-7 years as a cleaner and part-
time handyman; when requested by Horacio and others. He is young, strong, trustworthy and eager to
take on more responsibility.

Denis is currently working for a Condo Management Company with 8+ properties. He is directly
responsible for gardens, pools and cleaning as his primary function, and he handles minor repairs and
maintenance when needed. Additionally, he has worked with the local regulatory agencies such as
water, power and insurance.

Denis has his own van for transport, and owns all the tools necessary to support his work for us.

For other building needs such as our elevator and the new contractors for the hot water system repairs,
this can be managed on a one-by-one basis and through regular maintenance contract.

I will not go into details as to why we must change the current condo management and contractors,
because its simply obvious and negative words bring no value.

I will however highlight a few principals we must work from moving forward.

Lastly, I would propose making change on the following schedule.

Immediately Consolidating Gardening, Pool and Cleaning (AT THE SAME COST AS EXISTING)

I would like to discuss the above when we meet on Friday afternoon.

If you both agree, I/we can contact the other owners for approval and Hugo so we can have a proper
handover.
