Landscaping and Lawn Care - Condo grounds and external main entrance Schedule Grass cutting and leaf removal including: Weekly * aeration 2x per year * sprinkler system scheduling and maintenance Plant care and trimming including: “Monthly * plant replacement as requested or needed* Tree trimming and removal 2x/ Year External property lighting maintenance* as needed Additional charges for materials required.
