Install new wooden planks as replacement for the missing

or severely damaged parts to eliminate risk of falling into
the hole on the bridge deck for pedestrians and
motorcycles

Item 1) Dilapidated and severely damaged wooden planks

resulting to a gaping hole at the wooden deck slab

Final Inspection Picture Comments and recommendation

Replace the dilapidated and damaged wooden planks to

improve the state of the wooden deck

Item 2) Portions of the wooden deck near the west side

abutment are severely damaged and dilapidated that they
are deemed unsafe or unfit for use

Final Inspection Picture Comments and recommendation

Nail down new wooden planks to prevent it from

coming loose during the passing of vehicles.

Item 3) Loose wooden planks that may move and

come loose during passing of vehicles
