Boltan.pk offers organized and save shipping Keeping in consider customer privacy. boltan.pk will send
customers an SMS once the order is received.For orders delivery charges for Karachi is 100 rupees while
for all over Pakistan delivery charges are Rs.150.Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 2,000.Payment of
orders plus delivery charges will be given by the customer in Cash on Delivery (COD) .Please pay the
rider before opening the package. We endeavor to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always
trying to reduce the delivery times.Expected delivery time within Pakistan is 3-4 business days.For

Returns and refund:

Return

Product (s) can be exchanged by filling the order dispute form available on the website within the 7 days
from the date of delivery. Please note that the product must be in saleable conditioned and unused with
the price label attached along with the purchase invoice. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color
or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be
exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if a defected or wrong
product(s) has been delivered. Contact our customer service centre by emailing us images of
defected/wrong product at boltan.pk@gmail.com or calling us at 0331-2555847 within 3 days of
delivery. After our team reviews the product, an online voucher of the same price value will be offered.

Refunds

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the
product is out of stock. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original
purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling
costs are non-refundable. Please allow 15 days for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles
for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will
receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped,
the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply. Hijab Co. may cancel orders for any reason. Common
reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the
issuing financial institution.
