Login to Office 365 Web portal & change your password when update password option pops up.

After your first login - "You need to update your password because this is the first time you are
signing in."
*** Please note & save the new password which you will set during 1st login to avoid forgetting it,
while typing/pasting password be careful of extra space ***

After changing password, you need to verify your Email & Mobile (This will help you in future to
reset your password)
After Signing into Web portal Click on Install Now & Install your Office 365 for Windows or MAC.
