Utilizamos las exclamaciones para expresa sorpresa, conmoción o una


emoción fuerte sobre/en respuesta a algo.
➢ What a/an + sustantivo o sintagma nominal
What a shame!
What a pain!
➢ What a/an + adjetivo + sujeto + verbo: se usa para expresar que algo
o alguien es siempre igual.
What an awful friend he is!
What a nuisance he is!
➢ How + adjetivo: se utiliza para reaccionar ante buenas o malas noticias.
How lovely!
How dreadfull!
➢ That’s + adjetivo: se usa para hacer un comentario positivo o negativo
sobre algo.
