The OSCE training programme is delivered through a blend of face-to-face teaching and

practical experience in conjunction with online delivery and support. The candidates are
supported by a team of highly skilled and dedicated clinical educators and learn, practice and
be assessed on various skills and competencies in line with the NMC UK part two TOC
(OSCE).

OSCE Accelerator: A specifically designed online teaching programme which supports the
standards in accordance with the NMC in conjunction with demonstrating the clinical skills
in line with the NMC part two TOC (OSCE). This programme supports the international
nurse learning needs prior to arrival in the UK and the accelerator can continue to be used a
revision tool.
Three-day Induction Programme Introduces the Cromwell family, it is a governance and
clinical induction which shares not only our clinical commitment to excellence but our values
and strategies as a global healthcare company to be patient centric, inclusive and progressive.
Our clinical presentations are an introduction to our standard and policies which meet CQC
and national standards.
Clinical Practice: Clinical practice is integral in supporting the international nurses learning
needs, competence, and development. An assigned mentor, the clinical education team, and
the wider nursing team will support the international nurse.
Weekly Workshops: A face to face OSCE programme of workshops that are designed to
meet the clinical skills development, competence and standards required to meet NMC
standards of proficient nursing practice, whilst encompassing the holistic needs of the
international nurses.

OSCE Intense Training Course: This intensive programme supports the international
nurses to learn, practice and be assessed. It is delivered online, and through a five day are
face to face in a simulated mock environment like that of the test centres.
