Outline:

A robot is a machine designed through an engineering system that makes it work

as an alternative to human labor, despite its appearance not similar to the
appearance of humans, but it is able to perform the required function in the way
that humans do. The robots come in different sizes, some of them are very small
the size of a coin, and some are as large as the size of a car. They also come in
different designs, as some of them have two feet and others on four or six, and
they come with different practical capabilities; Some of them are able to perform
surgeries inside the human body to help doctors, others work in restaurants to
prepare pancakes, and some can land on Mars.

Uses of robots
Robots are used in many different uses and in various areas of daily life, and their
uses are as follows:
Restaurants: Japan is known as the most used -robots in restaurants in the world,
as it uses them for cooking such as cooking sushi and cutting vegetables, food
production, rice cultivation and crop care,  In preparing coffee, they are also used
as receptionists and cleaners, and some are used as waiters in of Friends to serve
drinks.
Assisting the elderly in living life: Robots are used in nursing homes for the
elderly, as the Korean robot can carry a human weighing up to 100 kilograms, and
the elderly can easily control the chair using a joystick, and robots help the elderly
to get out of bed, and they can take the place of  Friends and relieve the feeling of
loneliness in the elderly.
Fighting crime: The police use robots to enter buildings where armed criminals
are located, which helps locate them, and they use them to check car bombs, and
in cases where hostages are present.
Medicine: Robots are used in medicine to perform complex surgeries. Doctors
control through cameras and robotic arms perform surgeries with high accuracy.
They are also used to dispense medicines to patients, and fill the pharmacy with
medicines by programming them to move through elevators and reach any floor
in the hospital. < Da Vinci: The da Vinci Surgical System, a multi-armed
wonderbot, is being used to reduce surgical errors and make surgery less
invasive for thousands of patients. Allows 3D viewing. Avoids natural tremor of
the hand. the scars are almost non-existent. little bleeding
Education: The Early Childhood Education Center in San Diego, California uses
robots to act as a teacher's assistant to teach children to speak and sing, and to
help children improve their thinking and start doing things from an early age.

                 Robots in future

The development of robots is related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the
use of technologies, such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence; What
makes it possible for robots to learn.  Digitization has also pushed robotics
programs to fully enter industry and influence sectors such as aerospace and
agriculture.

Will the robots replace human workforce?

Humans create robots based on the kind of needs or help they want, they are just
substitutes for certain jobs, like cow milking machines Automated food prep and
Self- driving cars.
The robots radically changed the job market but humans always found a way to
adapt to them, with the rise of the robots whether you feel is a good thing or bad
thing we'll all need to find a away adapt, as we have done it before.
“Will robots inherit the earth? Yes, but they will be our children. We owe our
minds to the deaths and lives of all the creatures that were ever engaged in the
struggle called Evolution. Our job is to see that all this work shall not end up in
meaningless waste.” By Marvin L. MINSKY
Marvin Minsky, that person who combined a scientist's thirst for knowledge with a
philosopher's search for truth, that was born in 1927. Minsky is considered one of the
pioneers in the field of artificial intelligence and cognitive sciences, and his research
led to theoretical and practical development in both artificial intelligence, neural
networks, cognitive psychology, the Turing machine, and recursive functions. He
also has some contributions in several other fields such as graphics, mathematical
computing, machine awareness, and some advanced technologies that aid in space
exploration.
