Sundays and Public holidays) Warranty covers only manufacture's defects and does not cover damages caused by power fluctuations,
lightening and environmental hazards (1 Year lightning warranty available for dahua camera, xvr, dvr) All warranty claims are subject to
final confirmation of manufacturer or principal supplier. Warranty claim may take up to 30 days for replacement. Terms of warranty is
valid only to original purchaser. No claim can be submitted without this invoice and the warranty item. Warranty period may vary
according to the item and and it should be mentioned in the invoice. Any term of warranty mentioned in a package is not valid if it is not
printed in the invoice. Any warranty claims not collected within 30 days from submission is destroyed and we do not have any
responsibility for it. Virus attacks are not included for the warranty claims. No cash refund for any transaction under any circumstance. No
warranty claim will be retained unless invoice is full paid. All cheques should be drawn in favour of "Synack Lanka Engineering (pvt) Ltd"
