I am an Indonesian Citizen who is holding Permanent Residents of Australia and my visa number is :
DA430036. And I’m writing to inform you that I would like to invite my boyfriend, Mr. Komang
Kasmi Jaya to visit me in Perth in October 2016. He will be staying with me at my house at the above
mentioned address for the duration of his stay. I will be fully responsible for all of his traveling
expenses and also living expenses incurred during his stay in Perth.

Mr. Komang Kasmi Jaya also has a brother who live in Perth. His name is Mr. Gede Suriadnyana. His
brother is also an Australian Permanent Residence and live in 57 Bottlebrush Drive, Morley, Perth
Western Australia.

I will be very grateful if his Asutralian Visitor’s visa can be issued as soon as possible to enable his
depart for Perth in October 2016.
