Devy was driven by her strong desire to be active continuously in literacy by joining as a
especially for children in Surabaya and its surrounding. She participates actively in some
activities there.
Devy plays a role as a Leader Diamond who has responsibility to manage a team consisting of
eight persons in CV. Sakeena Lentera Berkah, a publishing company focusing in providing
quality books for early education. She analyzes the market and spreads the value of the books.
Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya. She identifies the need for state owned property and education
inventory and prepares material for facilitating guidelines and evaluating the asset management.
In her spare time, Devy loves to read and play around with her kids. Reading her kids book is the

gained by teaching English to children and young learner.

Based on a survey conducted by the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) which
was released by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in
2019, Indonesia is ranked 62 out of 70 countries, or is in the bottom 10 countries with a low
literacy rate.
There are two factors that are said to be the cause of the low literacy level of the Indonesian
people, namely the lack of reading material and practice. Solopos.com, SOLO — Lack of
reading materials and inappropriate literacy practices is considered a factor causing low literacy
in Indonesian society.
The first fact, UNESCO said that Indonesia ranks second from the bottom in terms of world
literacy, meaning that interest in reading is very low. According to UNESCO data, the reading
interest of the Indonesian people is very concerning, only 0.001%. That means, out of 1,000
Indonesians, only 1 person is an avid reader!
In a different research titled World's Most Literate Nations Ranked conducted by Central
Connecticut State University in March 2016, Indonesia was ranked 60th out of 61 countries in
terms of reading interest, just below Thailand (59) and above Botswana (61). In fact, in terms of
infrastructure assessment to support reading, Indonesia's ranking is above European countries.

Lisa Kennedy is an experienced real estate professional. She knows how important a home is

Lisa loves the culture of Los Angeles and has been living there with her family of five since she
graduated from college. She enjoys spending her free time exploring towns along the West
Coast and swimming.
John Smith is a senior credit analyst at ABC Bank with over a decade of
experience in risk analysis for banks and other lending institutions. He holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the State University
