Introduction Location
The West Commercial Center will be the
newest commercial development located in
the heart of Jeddah and will be fully developed
and operated by the “West Coast Real Estate
Company”. Situated on the west of Kind Abdul Aziz
Road, The West will be a landmark development and will
change the landscape of the surrounding areas. We plan on creating a modern development which
will house both commercial spaces and luxurious offices spaces. With its attractive location and
design, The West will draw the interest of top name brands and organizations. When designing this
development, we have considered all aspects that will make this project successful for decades to
come; focusing on the circulation, entry/exit points, size of showrooms, ceiling heights and a two-
floor parking facility which will be able to house more than 100 vehicles.
