SPECIFICATIONS -
• All outer walls are of double cavity walls and insulated double glass facade.
• All the external finishing will be combination of granite stone cladding/structural glazing/aluminum tile
cladding, as per the architectural requirement.
• Central HVAC system including Chiller units, boilers, pumps, high-end piping, ducting, AHUs will be
provided.
• All electrical systems including sub-station, LT, HT, floor panels, DBs, MCBs, MCCBs, cabling (up to DB only)
will be provided.
• All piping network for water supply, sewage/liquid waste collection will be laid.

and office complex that is slated to be the new urban hub in the South Delhi.
• It is billed to be the amongst worlds largest office buildings -at over six million sq ft.
• This buildings also work as a landmark addition to the Delhi's corporate city where are the best offices over there.
• It was all started as a commercial redevelopment of Nauroji Nagar, the project was transformed when NBCC
collaborated with the WTCA (World Trade Association) which brings up this one business destination in New
Delhi.
• They have a concept of utilizing the road frontage providing maximum road visibility and they give the
landscaping feature in foreground to create a buffer in between the site and the surroundings and it also gives a
feel of grand entrance with an aesthetic appeal.
• It has covered 25 acres area. It has a direct connectivity to the airport, railway station and metro.
