1. What is Human Behavior and What is Organizational Behavior?
2. What is the Benefit of studying Organizational Behavior and Brief History of
Organizational Behavior?

From this session topic, I have learned that it is important to know what is human
behavior for it is the capacity to expressed or to respond oneself to internal stimuli. It is
our responsibility to know ourself better for our own development and how can we
handle situation that will test our judgement to do the right thing. Learning our own
behavior will help us to do better in everything we do and understand others too.
It is also important to know others behavior and understand them for us to achieve our
goals and help each other for the better development of the organization.
Studying organizational behavior is very beneficial for the organization for it will affects
their vision, mission, and goals. The management needs to know and assess the behavior
of each individual in their organization for it will affect not just the individual but the
organization itself for their employee will become the mirror of the organization on how
it behaves. The management also need to identify what will be the solution on how to
handle employees with different behavior.
Knowing and understanding the history of organizational behavior will help us know how
it developed from the past to this generation and will help us to contribute for its
development for better use of our generation to the next generation. It will also give us
knowledge on how to handle our employee with different behavior and develop the
organization for bigger goals that will help the society.
Our society needs development, for us to achieve the development we long for, we need
to start within ourself that will help develop the organization were in and will also affect
the development and improvement of our society.
