QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT AND OBJECTIVES

Theaker Joinery Limited is a small to medium bespoke joinery manufacturing company

which is family-owned and managed. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of
customer care and producing high quality bespoke joinery products that meet and exceed
our customers’ expectations.
Our business serves a wide variety of clients, including building contractors, architects,
fitting-out specialists as well as direct end-users and local authorities.
We manufacture a wide range of joinery products, including doors and panelling, windows,
staircases, shop and restaurant fittings. Site-fixing is undertaken, as required and this is
done using our team of site joiners.
Our company’s Quality Management System covers the manufacture of general joinery
products described above, working to clients’ or architects’ specifications, using hardwood,
softwood and timber based materials.
Our quality objectives are to provide our customers with bespoke joinery products and
services to meet their technical and commercial requirements and in accordance with
relevant industry standards, practices, and statutory and regulatory requirements.
Specifically this means:
 Providing customers with accurate technical information to help them clarify their
needs.
 Recording their requirements accurately and quickly.
 Manufacturing to quality standards to fully meet their expectations and desires.
 Making best efforts to meet their delivery requirements.
 Dealing quickly with any concerns over service standards or product quality.
 Efficient use of resources through training, planning and good management.
 Where non-conformances occur it is our objective to respond accordingly and
effectively to correct and resolve the issue and prevent any recurrences.
We ensure that all employees understand the importance of maintaining high standards to
ensure that an efficient and effective service is provided. Our quality manual sets out
procedures and working instructions for the control of joinery manufacturing operations.
The Quality Management System is designed to comply with International Quality Standard
ISO 9001:2015, including a commitment to the continuous improvement of the system and
shall be reviewed at least annually by senior management.
The directors are jointly responsible for the success and effectiveness of the Quality
Management System, one of whose functions includes that of the Quality Manager. We
hereby certify that our Quality Manual meets the requirements of ISO9001:2015.
