1. What was the need for an organized product management?

- An organized product management needs a product manager who can
surely manage, lead, and work with the team and is able to identify the
creation of a product or develop an existing one, considering the
customer-oriented and inevitable changes in business environments in
order to attain product success and make business profitable.
2. Do you think that with today’s organized product management process
we are able to address customer needs better?
- Yes, a proper identification and evaluation of the customer's needs and
problems, providing proper management guidance throughout the
development process, and ensuring that all members are working
toward the same goal.
3.  How does Product Management function impact Marketing of a product?
- It impacts marketing on how they will organize, depend, and come up
with the idea of how to introduce or communicate the product to the
target market successfully in a strategic way.
4.  How does the top management benefit from a separate product
management team?
- It benefits the top management to easily achieve business success. With
the separate management team, it is easy to determine and evaluate
different kinds of goals in order to organize the procedure.
