Background of the Problem

With the current state of the economy, many businesses were forced to shut down in Ormoc City
due to heavy losses incurred by inflation and led surviving businesses to cut and limit their
operations. And one of the most affected businesses of this problem are the foodchain industries
in Ormoc City that is mostly composed of small time foodchain operators, given in this state
despite of the ongoing inflation some big businesses operators entered the local foodchain
industries further leading to more competition that also added more harm to the smalltime
foodchain operators.
