INSTRUCTIONS
HOW TO FILL ONLINE FORM
▪ Type www.icap.org.pk in your Browser Address bar
▪ Click on “How to Do CA” on main page and then
Click “New Registration”
▪ Mentioned page will be open
▪ Fill the complete form in Capital Letters.
as per ICAP’s instructions
 Write your complete Name and Father’s Name
as per your Academic Documents.
 Write your Date of Birth as per your
Base documents (Academics)
 Fill in Gender, Nationality,
CNIC /B-form number, valid student’s own
Email address and owned mobile number
 Set password for the account and click “Register”

▪ An activation window requiring
4 digits which will be received
through sms & email given, will
appear when register button
will be pressed

▪ Enter both sets of digits


and press “Activate”

▪ In next opened window,
you need to enter your correct
personal information
including communication
address, (home address) country
And relevant city

▪ Same information will be provided


in the below mentioned section

▪ In the below mentioned window, you need to mention your city in which
School/College of HSSC/Alevels are situated
▪ In the next session, type or find through drop down list the name of your
School/College
▪ Your registration base is your last qualification i.e HSSC or A levels which
you need to enter in “Base Qualification section”

▪ Next window opened will be
important in terms of details and
documents.
▪ You will enter your city, school/college
name registration basis, board and
discipline in the required fields.
▪ Enter your college/school city & name
RAET city and name i.e.
Lahore, SKANS School of Accountancy.
▪ Write your obtained marks and years
Of passing
▪ Marks the books you already got from
ICAP and upload its paid “Bank Challan”
▪ Now upload required documents one by
One.
▪ Mark the exams you want to appear in
And click “Submit”.

▪ This will be the form outlook when the documents are uploaded. Following are the
formats for uploaded documents
▪ Book receipt, CNIC/B-Form and Matric/Inter results are in scanned PDF format.
▪ Your passport sized 1”*1” picture and signatures are in JPEG format

▪ In next step this window will appear which take you to the
payment mode.
▪ Students with exemptions will proceed to exemption tab to
apply and finalize exemptions
▪ Students without exemption will proceed to “Make payment”
tab

▪ In next window, enter qualification on which basis you want to
apply exemption and “submit”

▪ Enter qualification details, exempted subjects marks/grades
▪ Upload the required documents again and “submit”
HOW TO FILL ONLINE FORM
▪ Next popup window will show total fee to be paid
▪ Click the required payment mode i.e “Credit card”
or “Bank Voucher” and press submission
HOW TO FILL ONLINE FORM
▪ Press “Print Voucher” and in next popup window your voucher will
appear, save and download the voucher to pay till mentioned date.

▪ Original documents must be scanned, no photocopies will be acceptable


▪ Website printed Result Cards/Certificates are strictly NOT acceptable.
▪ Details provided at the time of registration must be according to Base
documents (Matric/ Inter, A Levels).
▪ All of the documents must be available in ICAP’s prescribed format i.e PDF
and JPEG
▪ If one cannot find its school/college in ICAP’s drop down list then details can
be manually entered by selecting “Others” in drop down menu
▪ A Levels students must provide their “General certificates” for registration
▪ At the time of mentioning details, A Levels candidates must mark number of
A’s, B’s or C’s to explain their actual obtained grades.
