Blogs, reviews and other creative content

01. Definitions
As a Holdan ambassador, we expect one rich content piece delivered before the
end of each quarter.
In addition, you will be required to participate in blog/s, review/s or other creative
content throughout the year regarding the products we have sent/loaned or you
have purchased from Holdan.

02. Agreement
If you have been sent equipment from Holdan for a blog, review or other creative
content that will be considered as payment for the content you provide. Unless
another payment has been agreed upon by both parties.
This does not mean that new equipment will be given every time you write a blog,
review or create any other creative content.

03. Requirement
Provide honest, decent and factual content - no vulgar language, the content
should be suitable for all audiences.
Holdan holds the right to withdraw your ambassador status and published content
on our social media if it goes against Holdan's ethos and values.
Required to reshare content on relative social media platforms when live - such as
Instagram stories and posts and include tags for both Holdan and our vendor/s.

Social Media

01. Definitions
As an ambassador you are expected to support the promotion of vendors and
Holdan on all social media platforms you are active on. This includes sharing
Holdan's post, competitions, and giveaways.

02. Agreement
When posting content that features or has been created using any vendor products,
vendors social accounts and Holdan must be tagged and mentioned.
Please see tags on page 2 for Holdan tags and the templates/examples below.

Support at events

01. Definitions
As an ambassador, you may be required to participate in/support Holdan at
relevant events within the calendar year. Full description and dates of events can
be found here: https://www.holdan.co.uk/events

02. Agreement
In past years we have covered the cost of expenses for our ambassadors at such
events in return for participation and support. However, this may be subject to
change depending on events and circumstances.
Support the Holdan team if questions are asked by the public regarding the kit you
are familiar with.

03. Requirement
Provide a short presentation on a topic of your choice in the industry.
If for any reason you can not attend the event, and we have already made
arrangements please let us know of your absence no later than 48hrs prior to the
event where possible.
Failure to attend events without notice or reason may be taken into consideration
upon your yearly ambassador review.
Dress code - smart/casual.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Loan equipment

01. Definitions
You may have been loaned equipment as part of your enrollment as an ambassador.
You can also request a loan of equipment from our tech team, which will be
reviewed. All loans are subject to availbility and ambassador tier.
Time will be allocated for how long the loan is for and arrangements will be made
for when the equipment will be sent back to Holdan.

02. Agreement
A request for loaning equipment will be reviewed and shipped out to you in return for
rich content agreed upon by both parties.
You will be required to sign a loan agreement document.
If the equipment is damaged while in your possession - charges may apply.
Loan requests can be declined at any time and can be subject to change.

03. Requirement
Creation of content with equipment and fulfilling the necessary promises made in the
loan agreement document.
Adhere to the time scale of sending back the equipment to Holdan.
Handle equipment with care.
T&C's must be signed and return by ambassadors before any loaned products are sent.
Adhere to T & C's of the loan request form.

Overview

01. Ambassador Tiers

Tiers are based on average followers across all active platforms alongside
promotional activity for Holdan and our vendor/s.

Holdan.

02. Ambassador Products

Products are an ambassador's responsibility and should be handled with care.
Accidental damage to equipment may result in cost due to repair/replacements
if not covered by warranty.
Holdan will set out to keep these costs as low as possible and will be dealt with
on a case-by-case basis at the vendor's
discretion.
Holdan recommends that ambassadors
cover any equipment given under their
insurance.
Holdan have tiered their vendor's products to correlate with the ambassador
tiers, this will determine what sort of equipment will be available to you. This is
applicable to any products given in terms of payment or loan unless other
arrangements/agreements have been made. (See page 9)

03. Ambassador Programme

The Holdan ambassador programme and all ambassadors involved will be
reviewed every 6 months to ensure both Holdan and ambassadors are meeting

commitments.

Should an ambassador fail to meet their requirements, Holdan reserves the right
to remove ambassadors from the ambassador programme, we will also request
the return of any loaned equipment.

As an Holdan ambassador, I agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this
ambassador pack/document. I also, understand what is expected of me as an
ambassador throughout the year 2023.

In addition, I acknowledge and agree that

change due to circumstances and are
prepared upon this eventuality to discuss them with Holdan.

If I do not meet the requirements of the ambassador pack/document I accept that

Holdan has the right to revoke the title of Holdan ambassador and that Holdan will
request for loaned equipment/items to be sent back.
