Learning Task # 3

Task Description: Designing a Performance-Based Task with Analytic Rubrics

Guide:

1. Together with your groupmates, choose the Grade Level, Grading Quarter, and Lesson
Competencies in which the Performance-Based Task will be based on. Refer to the
DepEd Curriculum Guide for Physical Education and Health Education.
2. Design the task you expect your students to do. The task may require students to perform
something or create something. Provide all the necessary details that the students need to
know in order to complete the task. The task description should be brief but should
include all the relevant details.
3. Draft the rubric that will be used to assess the performance or product of the students.
Include all relevant criteria. Describe the kind of performance and product for each level
of criterion. Ensure that the levels for each criterion will not overlap each other.

Success Criteria:

Alignment and Relevance of the PBT with the Standards= 15%


Task Description= 25%
Analytic Rubric= 30%
Completeness and Comprehensiveness= 20%
Promptness in the Submission=10%
Total= 100%
