currently provided by you if required. You have my authority to disclose to the GCP such
information regarding the DDI or VPN/Centrex site(s) and numbers quoted, together with any other
numbers as are necessary to allow this port to proceed.

As a result of changes in the way British Telecommunications plc charge for non-standard entries
in the telephone directory I understand and accept that WaveCrest Networks Ltd shall levy charges
in accordance with such changes
